On August 14th to 19th 2017, Argentine archeologist, Dr Monica Beron, will conduct the 5th and final stage of the FO.AR project in Archeological techniques in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.  On this mission, Dr Beron will be accompanied by Mr Fernando Veneroso Centurión. According to Dr. Beron

"...The development of this project and above all the rescue of large-scale petroglyphs is unprecedented in Argentina and in other countries, according to the data and bibliography consulted. An accomplishment of such characteristics, supported by the National Government of Argentina and in mutual collaboration with SVG and other countries of the Caribbean area deserves to be distinguished by its originality and high significance for the conservation of the patrimony of Humanity. I consider it important to emphasize that economic interests did not prevailed over and above cultural ones, but that through these missions all the objectives in common may be achieved...."
